This is a standard length skull cap designed to cover just the top of the ears or be worn tucked behind the ears.  The variegated brownish green center section is hand painted Corriedale wool.  The warm brownish section above that is Suffolk wool, which has a more nubbly texture.  The fuzzy gray stripes are a blend of wool and malamute hair, and the two-tone rusty brown and gray at the bottom edge is undyed rust colored alpaca plied with gray Merino wool.  The black is Corriedale wool.  I think this one came out especially nice looking.
