This is a medium to bulky weight hat designed to fully cover the ears.  The brim is extra soft very dark charcoal gray Merino wool.  The turquoise, orange, yellow purple and thin black stripes are all Corriedale wool.  The burgundy and undyed dark brown near the top are Romney wool.  The variegated gray is undyed Jacob wool.  Jacob breed sheep are spotted so the fleece comes in various shades of gray, black and off white, which is naturally variegated when spun.
