This is a medium bulky weight cap designed to cover the ears. The darker brown and darker gray are both English Shetland wool.  The lighter brown is Romney wool.  The very dark charcoal (almost black) is Merino wool.  The lighter gray is a blend of wool and opossum down from New Zealand.  The photos above were taken in outdoor natural lighting, and the one below was taken indoors with artificial lighting.  Hence the slight difference in color.
